As President of Ifft & Palmer Associates, LLC, Ed is focused on the company’s future vision and growth as it transitions into its next generation. He began his career in the insurance industry in 1963 and co-founded Ifft & Palmer in 1969. Throughout his career, he has advised individuals, professionals, and businesses on investment, insurance, and group benefits needs. Ed holds CLU and ChFC designations from The American College in Bryn Mawr, PA. Ed also serves as a Trustee of the Kate M. Kelley Foundation. He is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh
John works closely with individuals and businesses to assess risks, develop strategies, and negotiate group benefits packages. He joined Ifft & Palmer in 1997 and has become a top producer, handling some of the firm’s most complex cases. John is a proud graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and remains committed to providing tailored insurance solutions to meet his clients’ needs.
As an award-winning employee benefits manager, Luke has played a key role in structuring benefits programs for large nursing home chains across the country. His career has taken him from working at one of the largest insurance agencies in the world to running his own independent business, always advocating for clients rather than insurance carriers. Beyond his professional accomplishments, Luke serves as a youth leader at his church and contributes to local initiatives through The Pittsburgh Project. He is a graduate of Geneva College.
Katie is a licensed Property & Casualty agent dedicated to helping individuals and businesses find the right coverage for their unique needs. She takes pride in educating her clients, ensuring they understand their options and are equipped with the best possible coverage.
